Attention All Attendees
If you are traveling more than 100 miles away from workshop.
You ( NOT additional family members ) will be entitled to one night stay at the participating hotel that is housing workshop...
No additional cost to you ........
WE are NOT responsible for anyones travel to and from workshop.
You must present Verifiable Proof of residency ( Driver's License or State ID ) after your registration application is approved.
The Lodging form must be filled out with the application. Deposit Fee must be paid once application is approved ....
We will not accept any request for lodging after your deposit have been paid.....
You must check in Hotel by 6 pm the night before workshop to receive free lodging.
If YOU arrive after that check in time YOU will forfeit free night and be responsible for you own hotel stay. Unless you have Airline Tickets To show arrival after such time...

You will receive a letter and confirmation number for your reservation and other detail iformation regarding check out after final payment for workshop is received from you in FULL.

Registration / Deposit Fee $300.00 due after application and documents are approved.

Any Late Final Payments made after deadline will incur a $50.00 Late Payment Processing Fee which will be added to balance.
